What is the one thing you love about your job. Mine is dealing with people. And talking and well everything. I know there are days we all hate our job but what is the one thing that makes you go to work everyday?

What can I do next?

You know what? I love being the boss. I love to be in charge. I like the respect I receive and I like the people I work with. They're all good people. I work in an industry that attracts people who have an 'others' focus. Good people.

I LOVE teaching. Teachers get a bad rap more and more these days. There is a ton of pressure, and more and more paperwork and extra stuff that has nothing to do with teaching that gets added daily, it seems, but... When I get to close my classroom door, and tell stories about history and get my students involved, and see virtual "lightbulbs" go off in their heads, the I LOVE teaching.

I don't have a "profession" job, but I teach my kids at home and it is WORK. My favorite things: researching (any excuse to research will do); having a budget to buy books, papers, and writing utensils (my three favorite things in the world besides chocolate); and seeing them "get" stuff and just be excited about what they're learning. It's rewarding and makes me keep going even on the days when people are grumpy or sluggish.

I love our customers. We are a small family car repair shop and our customers are so fantastic. I also love how challenging and fast paced my job is.

I own the company with my husband and we see our hard work and efforts pay off very well financially and we are quite proud of our company.

With the economy like it has been, our sales continued to increase in 2011 up 17% over 2010 which was an unbelievable year for the 2nd yr for us to be doing this full time. We are currently sold out for January 12 and booking steady orders for february and March right now.

We currently work from home, our inventory is warehoused. Hubby does the selling/consulting/brokering (raw materials industry) and I manage all travel arrangements, Quickbooks and financials.

We have no employees other than our daughter. When we do hire someone, the major perk will be health insurance because the way our LLC is set up, our company pays 100% of all health insurance costs. It is a small fortune each month but something we feel will be invaluablel to future employees.

I like being able to see what we have accomplished and I am happy to come to my office daily and keep it going! I also like the $$

I'm a SAHM now, but what I liked the most when I was working was social interactions, making people smile, using my talents, helping people...

I still find ways to do all of that still, guess I don't need a job for those things!

I own an insurance agency and I like helping people. But I'm selling vitamins online now which allows me to work from home and be home when the kids are. I'm actually making more money doing that than insurance!!!! So I finally have the best of both worlds, an easy job that makes a good income and allows me to be home when my kids are...awesome!!!!

I love working so close to home and my children. I can run home on lunch if need to. PIck them up if they get sick at school. it's a real blessing.

I love the paycheck and all the things I am able to do for my family.

I love my co-workers - most of the time ;)

That is a nice question. It keeps us from focusing on the bad. Anyway, I like that I can talk to people, and that I can have a cup of coffee, that I made, whenever I want one!!

I come to work because I have bills to pay. BUT I do like my job. I wish at times I had a bit more to do to keep me busy, but I do like my job. I love all my freedom that I do have here at my job. I like my co-workers (all men, but one) and I like that I can get up and go for a walk whenever I want. :)
