Seems odd to me the site doesn't allow you to delete a question...

What can I do next?

  • Add yourAnswer own comment
  • Ask your own question Add Question
  • Join the Mamapedia community Mamapedia
  • as inappropriate
  • this with your friends

So What Happened?

Sorry everyone, I didn't think anyone would actually respond to this. I just posted this because it was an actual question and I never received an answer so I just wanted to take it down. You can't so I just decided I'd edit it to say something else. Didn't realize it would upset anyone.

Maybe your question wasn't worded right, maybe you posted at 3AM and people weren't up to read it. sometimes it takes a little while for people to respond to a post.

Keep in mind, that if you remove/delete your post, you never know who you might not be able to help because they are in the same situation but don't want to ask the question.

However, people here do pay attention. You now have two accounts instead of one. That's silly.

That is the way this site works - and its been that way forever.
It's not Facebook and that's a good thing.
Perhaps people should take a good look at sites (and read the Terms and Conditions) so they know what they are getting into when they create an account.

It's "silly" to create an entire Mamapedia account simply to post something with the title "It's silly we can't delete..."

because even though you don't like your question anymore or the answers, your post might actually help someone else.

i find silly things on most social media sites. if they bug you enough, no one's forcing anyone to use 'em.

You just have to ask the moderator. I think you can click on the Report button or something (or send them a message).
