I am thinking about trying the Isagenix program for weight loss. Has anyone tried this? Good results or bad?

I don't have any information on this program. I do however have much faith in the Shaklee Cinch program which is very healthy and proven. If you want details just call ###-###-#### or ____@____.com It is guaranteed. Everything is delicious and there are many choices. You keep your muscle, which disapears in most diets. There are recipes, chat rooms, and much on the internet to help as well as help from me. A 3 min message from our Dr. ###-###-#### and the website is www.shaklee.net/ask us. Look under What's New and on the right side is a video explaining it all. Good Luck in selecting the plan that will work for you. Liz

Loose the fat, not the muscle. A lot of "diets" offer quick fixes, which can lead to muscle loss and not fat. People wonder why they are fatter today than they were 5 or 10 yrs ago, but still weigh the same. When a diet fails you, and maybe it's happened before...changing your lifestyle and learning how to eat is key. I've used Transitions Lifestyle System and it works. It's based on eating low-glycemic, which means limiting the foods that have the most sugars and foods that offer quick energy, which leads to your body's metabolic switch being compromised. wwww.transitionslifestyle.com is a great place beginning to helping you lose weight and stay healthy. Good luck!

I read about this online after my trainer suggested it. I wasn't sure about it and asked my dr.about it who said he didn't really know anything about but didn't think it was a good idea. I did show him the printed information. I'm curious to hear if anyone has used it too!

My husband goes to a personal trainer that recommended this. He likes it. When I tried it I thought the taste was awful but I tried the chocolate flavor. I am told the vanilla is much better. And it is best to mix some fruit into it when you make your shake. The vanilla flavor with some strawberries and bananas is my hubby's favorite.

My dad has done Isagenix, and lost about 40 lbs. He liked it because he said it gave him lots of energy, so he didn't feel tired even though he wasn't eating much. You have to be really dedicated to it though, because those cleanse days can be rough. My mom did the 9 day program, since she only had a few lbs. to lose, and she lost about 8 lbs. She said the cleanse days were no problem, she just tried to stay really busy.
