Regarding the vision . . . she could have technically perfect vision and still have visual issues. My son is 20-20 but he had a SEVERE visual processing disorder. He, too, seemed more clumsy than my older son. You might want to seek out a developmental optometrist (as opposed to your regular eye doctor). We have done visual training, as well as intense work with a reading specialist - all of which seems to have helped him tremendously. He's also about to become a black belt in karate - that helped him too.
You may also want to have her evaluated to see that her fine and gross motor skills are on track for her age.
Great job being on top of this. It's probably a mild issue, if anything at all - but I do applaud your attention to it.
