The acid in the tomatoes prolongs the onset of bacteria in this case so even longer they'd likely be okay.
I put refrigerated (not frozen) chicken breasts in the crock pot with tomato sauce spices, etc. I thought I had turned it on but discovered 1.5 hours later that I hadn't. I turned it on immediately on high and cooked it several
Hours on high then lowered to medium high. It will
have cooked about 6 hours. Smells delicious--is it ok to eat?

Yes, for 1.5 hours, I think so. Also, the lid was on it and the liner of the crockpot keeps things pretty much the temp they are when you put them in.
Yep, I would serve it. Enjoy!
i wouldn't think twice about it. it was a short amount of time, and i'm guessing your house isn't sitting-in-the-sun hot, right?

My understanding is 2 hours for perishable foods left out - less if in a warm environment or room. So it should be ok.
It should be fine.
2 hours is the limit to leave things out.
I'd eat it. At this point you've decided, lol, but there's my thought! So what'd you do?? :)
I think it's okay, too
When in doubt throw in out!
