Hi H.,
I went through the same thing with my daughter when I was pregnant with her. I only gained 10 pounds. It was so hard to eat anything because I was feeling bloated and full all the time. I just ate little meals that I knew would be nutritious for the baby. I did crave corndogs and slurpies but could only have a couple of bites each time I ate. Good luck.
Watch your salt intake which can makes you retain water. Make sure you get enough water not anything carbonated, which can bloat you also. Try antigas meds they can remove excess gas which can make you feel full.
Hi H.,

Try eating smaller portions and avoid foods that give u gas.
Hi H.,
When I was pregnant w/my son at times it felt like that but by supper I was ready to eat! Try eating smaller meals througout the day and then maybe by supper time you will be hungry. Hope that helped!
it could be that baby is sitting high and pushing your stomach up so yer still feeling full, try eating smaller meal more often during the day.
Yes, it is normal. I have the same problem. I am 27 weeks along and cannot each as much as I want to. I just have to eat little meals all day. Also it seems no matter how much I eat or what I eat, I have terrible heartburn. Hope this helps.
