Is Anyone Else Trying to Respond to a Post and the Site Won't Cooperate?

Some days this site completely sucks, sometimes it's okay, and on very few days it's lightning fast. There's no telling.

Yes, I have this on occasion. As well as other "glitches." Super frustrating. Usually closing the site and reopening it solves the problem - however, once or twice I have had to close it, walk away, and come back later.

Another option if you have really great advice you want to pass on is to private message her with the information. Other folks won't get the benefit of your wisdom, though :)

Some days I am about ready to give up on the whole Mamapedia due to various technical issues it seems to have.

Oh Yeah. I have had this happen for a long time. Or I am typing something and the letters do not show---very slow--and I give up becasue I get nothing but jumbled nonsense. I have done as Julie suggests, left it and put in a load of laundry, folded towels, but no good. Some days it just does not cooperate.

Yes, I can give flowers to some answers and not to others, even within the same question. So if you don't get a flower from me for a fabulous comment, it's possible that I tried! :)

Are you seeing "javascript (0)" like it's trying to load something? If so, get an adblocker and try again.

ETA: Whenever I had a problem, that is what I could see. So whatever it is, for us non-techy people, that is where it always failed for me before I started blocking their ads. There were days the site was rendered useless and nothing would load, no matter how long I left it.

I haven't had any issues lately.
I think my Ad Blocker and NoScript add ons (using Firefox) do a lot to prevent things going haywire due to ads.
