Thanks so much for the input regarding the neighborhoods. We found an awesome house in Lost Creek Ranch. We moved in but my furniture items from Florida will not be arriving for another two weeks. We have NO furniture and the kiddo's have no toys to play with. I didn't want to go out and spend a lot of money for just two weeks, but thought maybe I could pick up some toys, electronics at a kid's conignment shop. Any good ones around Allen you can recommend!

It's not a consignment store, but I would try Big Lots (on west side of Greenville between Main and Exchange - Brookshire's shopping center).
I know there's a Once Upon a Child somewhere in the area. They normally have great toys!

I'd find a Goodwill store and buy some toys there...after washing thoroughly, of course! They also have books, games, etc.
