Whatever you do, go with a natural hormone balancing cream. I haven't read that book, but have read, "What Your Doctor Won't Tell You about Menopause" and "What Your Doctor Won't Tell You about Premenopause" both by John Lee, MD (his website is johnleemd.com) and is a proponent on natural progesterone. Arbonne carries two types, both using plant-based natural progesterones: Prolief--for those not having menopausal symptoms but need to balance their hormones (we all do); and Phytoprolief, which has black cohosh, etc., to combat the hot flashes, etc that accompany the hormone swings. Do your research, but don't use synthetic hormones--very b-a-d. If you would like any information, you should check out johnleemd.com as he is the one who blew the whistle on Hormone Replacement Therapy and how bad that is. If you want product, I can help you--Arbonne is quite well known for its pre-metered pumps that deliver the right amount of cream per use. AND, they work and you really can feel normal again. My website is www.rothermel.myarbonne.com. Good luck.
