Mine did (and still do, and my girls are ages 7 & 4). The pedi told me that they had a condition called 'ligamus laximus' which basically means that they have ligaments holding their bones together that are more loose than normal. He could literally take my daughter's leg and turn it almost 360 degrees and she felt absolutely no pain at all. As a result of the condition, when I picked them up, I could feel those bones kind of moving. Both of my daughters have had dislocated joints because of the condition so if your child has this, be very, super, extra careful to not pull his arms, ever.

OMG! My son went through this. Our dr. assured us it was normal. He's now a healthy 7 1/2yr old.

My son did, especially his back. When I would pick him up, he'd pop and pop. He did outgrow it.

This happened with my daughter's hips and it turned out she was fine as well. I would certainly mention it to your pediatrician but I'm sure it's within the realm of normal!
