What are classes I can take my 10 month too that are inexpensive?
not sure where you live, but chicago park dist classes are super cheap and we have also done gumboree and old town music on lincoln ave
I would say Chicago Park District classes are your best bet, otherwise check out free things to do like Bubbles Academy morning songs at Whole Foods in Lincoln Park on a Thursday or story times/puppetry at public libraries or I think Pottery Barn might still have story times. Join a Meet up group for Parents, they often get deals to places to try or organize little classes amongst themselves.

definitely look into the park district. it is hard to get into popular classes though, especially in the winter. most the kids classes let you experience one for free. so if you're not sure or just want something fun to do, go take a trial class! good luck!
did you look at the Chicago Park District? They have some fun mom/baby "classes" The one we did last winter- my daughter was 10months- was perfect- a big gym full of toys/indoor climbing/slides (little tykes), and about 15 other babies. Met 2x per week for 2 months for $80!
I'm not sure what your budget is, but my daughter enjoyed Marsha's Music Together and Wiggleworms (also a music class) and Gymboree when she was around that age.
