Hi there,

I am in need to childcare for a 2yr old.
I have tried Bent tree dayschool, and cambridge academy.

I am paying about 170weekly, now that she is 2yrs old it has gone down to 160weekly.
I have not found a nice daycare, today her teacher chewed me out for bringing my daughter to school at 1030 instead of 7am when they open. My daugher had a dr appt this morning that we had to go to.

I pay them to watch my child, they shouldnt start telling me when i have to bring my child. It is my option and when i need to use them. Her behaviour has been very terrible twards my daughter.

I live off the north dallas tollway, I am wanting a really nice chilcare facility not an inhome daycare.

I do not like, kindercare, or la petite or the peanut gallery. If you ladies know of any place that is a very nice, safe, execellent quality teachers Please give me a refferal.

Thank you!!!!

What can I do next?

I LOVE my daughters daycare!! Stonebriar Academy in Frisco. ###-###-#### and they are located at Lebanon and Ohio. My oldest was 2 1/2 when we started there, and her teacher (Miss Jennifer) was SO patient and helpful with her transition - for both of us! She also gave us the extra attention we needed with her potty training. The entire staff, managers and teachers, are wonderful and caring. They follow a curriculum, so it's not just a free for all playing situation, and you always know what your child is doing during the day. Additionally, they have the cameras you can access on the internet to check in on your child - and they don't charge additional for this like some other daycares. give them a call, or stop in for a tour. Good Luck!

The only pre-school that I would EVER take my child to is Primrose. They are wonderful, love the children and really had the best educational setup around. You HAVE to go take a tour of one of the facilities. The two that I am most familiar with are located in Plano. They are both owned by the same family and you can tell that all of their heart and sole goes into these schools. The web-sites are:

Good Luck!

A friend of mine uses Parker Chase on Tennyson and Ohio in Plano. She loves them and the cirriculum they have (our older daughters used to go to a Montessori school together, so I am very aware of her expections). I believe it is a bit more than $160/wk, but not sure.

Good luck! Finding a good day care can be difficult. Let us know where you decide!

Hi,

My daughter has been with TLC since she was two, and she is now 4-1/2. My whole family like that place. They are off Legacy and Hedgecox, near EDS, Dr. Pepper. They are little bit more expansive, but you do get waht you pay for, especially with daycares.

Ms LeQuisha at two's class is extremely nice, and my daughter still talks about her these days. It made my transition and morning drop off easy, which is one thing means a lot to me.

Center also have web camera where you can see your kid's activities during the day for extra $20.00/month.

Good luck,
S.

You couldn't ask for a nicer, better care taker.
