I am fortunate enough to have a very well-behaved little three year old soon to be four. Because he is well behaved I was able to save some money by doing his three year pictures myself and now he will be turning four in November and I want to do these pictures myself as well... Any ideas for cute pictures or websites that I could go to for some inspiration???

What can I do next?

A pumpkin patch (sitting among them, walking, bending down to lift a heavy one), overalls & a straw hat in the leaves, apple orchard- hayride on on hay bales, in a big basket, in a pile of leaves (can you get up high and photograph him from above?), in a red wagon (maybe full of pumpkins?), on his bike/trike or standing next to it, any nature area with trees.

I took my daughter to a local park and took some cute pics of her playing in the leaves. Also Halloween costume pics are cute too! Also I take a lot of pics on the playground like her going down the slide or running. The pumpkin farm is a fun place to take pics too!

I just did my kiddos in the front yard about 2weeks ago before all this cold rain. I had them dressed in a apple theme line from gymboree so their outfits were total fall. Then I had them playing with fake apples, looking at them etc. I had a brown wicker basket that went perfect with everything. My older daughter did additional poses, pretended to eat an apple. My baby sat in the wicker basket, she stood outside the wicker basket and the pictures were just adorable. I would try something like this or a apple orchard itself. Minnehaha Falls, A pumkin patch.

I did ours at Walmart for like $5.00- of course then all the other cute pictures they take cost closer to 120.00- BUT, one of my favorit fall pictures is my son in his overalls, with a bushel basket, some colored leaves and some apples- they had a little straw hat on him as well-I LOVE LOVE LOVE that picture of him and it was so natural

Have him in a neat hat and have him hug a tree in the park!

I do the exact same thing with my daughter. I love to take fall pics of mine. Being around the trees. Does he like jumping in the leaves? Maybe rake up a pile and have him sit in it and toss the leaves into the air...those are always my favorite! Get some pumpkins...those are always cute 'accesories'!
