Ideas for Where to Have a 2 Year Olds Birthday Party?

I though that I would see if anyone had any ideas for where to hold my son's 2nd birthday party? He has a December birthday and I would like to do something that the kids can all have fun at. We are going to have between 10-15 kids plus parents invited to the party (*we will have a separate family party at our house). I appreciate your help! I have recently looked into Jump Zone and Pump it Up, but I am looking for other ideas!!! Thanks!

What can I do next?

We have been to parties at Fantasy Kingdom and Room 2 Play and both were really cute. I have 2 nieces with December birthdays and they have had Christmas parties complete with Santa Claus. LaCoco's and Pompei Bakery on Taylor St. have private rooms at reasonable prices if you choose to go that route. For activities, my sister-in-law baked cookies and then had a kids table where they could frost and decorate their own cookies. Then, Santa came in and read "The Night Before Christmas" and passed out the goody bags. Each child also got a photo with Santa.
It will be cold outside, but Brookfield Zoo does parties in their restaurants and that would be fun! Best of luck.

My Gym & Gymboree have parties that are well suited for this age group. They get the kids and parents involved in fun, group activities, instead of the kids just running around and not really interacting.

Does he have to have THAT many children at his birthday party? Just curious. I'm just concerned that you will have an overwhelmed little boy and it won't be fun for any parent, present. Usually for that age, they don't have the social skills to handle that many kids at once. I have had family birthday parties for my children up to age 5, after that, I have separate, themed friend parties - at my home - with helpers but not parents. Jump zone, pump it up, even McDonald's parties just to let kids run around, are all fun for that age, but having that many kids the same age, running around, is rough, anywhere you host it. Good luck!
