I live in the Watuaga area and would like to take some of my families clothes to a consignment shop soon. I'd like to know where I can get the most money for them. I'm planning to have a garage sale first and then take the rest. I know that many consignment shops don't take mens things so if I can make more money on just the kids or kids and ladies somewhere I'd rather do that because I don't have as much men's things. There is also a Kid to Kid in Watauga/Keller. By Albertson's on 377. They take baby/childrens and maternity. Plus, toys, shoes, baby furniture, etc.
Also, my friends in Keller are doing a BIG consigment in February. You can check out their web site at www.newtoyouconsign.com. You can register to be a consigner for only $5 and you make 70% of everything you sell.

I don't know about consignment, but you can always ebay it. If you are not ebay savvy, you can wash and drop your clothes off at an ebay business. They professionaly photograph, describe, store, list and ship your product for you. I've never done it, but I hear it's pretty good. You can always go in and ask! here's a good place to find one in your area: www.i-soldit.com It may be easier to sell things in lots as opposed to one at a time.
For the childrens clothes, there is a place called Kid to Kid in Bedford, Texas. The address is 2200 Airport Freeway Ste 540 and the phone # is ###-###-####. They will look through your clothes and offer you cash or if you choose you can receive store credit. Also a GREAT place to go is Once upon a child which is located in Grapevine 2030 Glade Rd Ste 206. They also pay cash for your childrens items and have tons of adorable items to buy at a very reasonable price! I hope this info helps!
They also have Kid to Kid in Fort Worth off Bryant Irvin and in Burleson if either of those 2 are closer to you. You wont make any money from it if you do this but you can get free stuff out of it that you can probably use but I am having a clothing/accessorie exhange makeover girls night thing here at my house on 10/7 if you are interested at all.
