T.S.
You're not even late.
You don't have "multiple pregnancy symptoms" you are delusional, for whatever reason.
If you are still late after two months take another test and see a doctor.
Like a normal woman.
It started off as brownish, now is turning to reddish. I am having some slight cramps in the lower left side of my abdomen. If I'm not pregnant, my period should start tomorrow or the next day. This is my 4th pregnancy. The first ended in a miscarriage at about 5 weeks. The 2nd and 3rd resulted in my now 6 year old son and 3 year old son. I've had multiple pregnancy symptoms and my chiropractor even told me that something hormonal is going on with the adjustments she had to make last week. Help, could I really be pregnant or was it just wishful thinking...!?

So you haven't actually missed a period? And you haven't taken a pregnancy test?
Make an appointment with your OB.
And how would a chiropractor know what your hormone levels are doing by cracking your spine?
it's hard to say, as my crystal ball is having trouble seeing into your uterus, or examining your discharge, from this distance.
can you hold your abdomen closer to the camera in your computer?

A blood test would be the most accurate to determine if you're pregnant or not.
I don't know how old you are but if it's late 30's early 40's it could be peri menopause (gradual increasing of unpredictable periods that can last 15 or more years before full menopause).
Beside pregnancy - peri menopause, fibroids, cysts, thyroid issues, etc can all have an affect on your hormones/periods.
Take a pregnancy test? You can buy them at the dollar store.
Contact your OB/GYN. We can't tell you if you are/or were.
I hope the results come out to be positive. If not, then you also discuss this will your doctor and find a solution for you.
My best.

Ask your Dr and get tested.
How on earth would we be able to tell you if you're pregnant or not?? If you had unprotected sex then yes you could be pregnant.
I have taken 2 pregnancy tests but both were way too early...The last one being Monday morning.
Sorry you are feeling so much uncertainty. There's no way we can answer your question - a pregnancy test will tell you (maybe) whether you are/were pregnant, but if you have started to have a miscarriage, it may not be accurate. Then again, maybe it's just your period - sometimes premenstrual hormones are greater in one month than in another, and the older we get, the more those fluctuations can occur.
If you are having a miscarriage, unfortunately, there is just nothing you can do. It's up to you whether to wait it out or call your doctor.
Call your doc or take a pg test.
take a pregnancy test when you have missed your period. if its negative you are not pregnant. if its positive then make an appt with your obgyn.
untill you have missed a period don't worry about it. just test
