I think you would have noticed if it was rotten when you were cutting it up. Maybe there was something else that mixed with the juice that made it smell weird. Your son ate it, so it can't have tasted bad! I think he'll be fine :)
I didn't notice any smell or anything when I was cutting it up for my 16 month old, but when I went to go clean him up the juice smelled... off. What could happen? What do I do? I know this sounds silly but I've never done this before... and, of course, he ate the whole thing... yikes.

If he does not throw up he should be fine. Just monitor him for the next couple of hours to make sure his tummy does not get upset.. that might be all that happens.. but, if you are very concerned, call your pediatric nurse to let her know.. she might give you better advice.
Good luck
If he ate the whole orange, it probably tasted fine. Don't worry.
It's not going to hurt him, even if it was spoiled. The worst thing that could happen is he'll get an upset stomach. He's fine!
