She will be fine and you will also. Keep nursing - I know it is hard to nurse when you don't feel great but keep doing it so that your supply doesn't diminish. She is getting your anti-bodies, essentially, your immune system so as your immune system ramps up to fight the cold, she will get that benefit. Wash your hands a lot, try not to sneeze on her and know that all babies get a first cold. It sounds like she is your first - so if that is correct - nap whenever she is napping to shorten the time of your cold! I know it seems hard to do but really, even if you just lie down next to your baby when she is sleeping at least your body is resting. See if your husband can "take over" for a few hours when he gets home so that you can get in a longer nap. It gets better. C.
