I am so glad you asked this question. I tore my ligaments when I was pregnant. Then, my hip was out of place during most of my labor (so several hours). On top of that, I had an epidural that was left in overnight and it cause some serious back pain. Now my daughter is just over 2 years (yes, I said years) and I too still look pregnant. I was unable to exercise after my daughter was born. Heck, I couldn't walk upright until she was 5 months old. So the extra weight became comfortable and decided to take up permanent residence. I am used to wearing sizes ranging from 1's to 5's and now I couldn't get my rear in a 5 to save my life. I have started taking Karate lessons at my church. It seems to be firming some things up and I have lost some weight - I am in an 8 now. The classes are VERY low cost. It is $12 for the first person in the family, $10 for the next, then minus $2 for each additional family member. The classes are open to adults and children. There is also belt advancement with the classes. If you are interested, the classes are on Sundays at 2PM at the Meadowbrook United Methodist Church (www.mbrookumc.org). We'd love to see you there.
Now, I am going to wait for all the other responses to learn more. Oh! Avon also has a product that my customers say really works. It is from the Anew Clinical Line and called Lift and Tuck. My customers that use it say that they can really notice a difference. If you are interested in that you can email me directly at ____@____.com.
