It could be many things, an anxiety attack...or a heart attack....you need to seek qualified medical help right away.
girl get yourself to the hospital immediately...call 911 if you have to...
this is NOT good.
.
Sounds like an anxiety attack, get someone to take you to the doc!!
Heart disease is the #1 killer of women because THEY DO NOT SEEK TREATMENT FOR THEIR SYMPTOMS. You're asking the wrong people. Go to the hospital, now. Don't drive yourself. If there is no one there to take you RIGHT AWAY, call 911. They will have oxygen in the ambulance, which can save your life if indeed this is a cardiac or pulmonary issue, so do not feel bad calling for an ambulance.
YEs, it might be panic/anxiety, but regardless, you need to rule out life threatening medical problems FIRST.
anxiety can do that.

dont panic. take some deep breaths. Breathe into a paper bag. Call somebody that is a comfort to you.
2 things. One could be a physical problem. It shouldn't be ignored. So go see your doctor.
The other - anxiety. Anxiety mimics heart and breathing issues. So rule out physical ailments and then talk to your PC about anxiety. If you think it's anxiery, you can get it under control.
Feel better.
What you are looking for is a medical diagnosis. That is something you seek out in your doctor's office, from a qualified medical professional, not from a parenting support group on the internet. If it's a serious medical issue, you have wasted valuable time.
That could be anything. You really need to see your doctor. It could be high blood presure, angina, out of shape, not enough carbs, not enough water, heat stroke, anxiety attacks, etc.
how about asking a doctor?????????
Do you have Asthma? Sounds like you need an inhaler like right now. This happened to my Mother and she was having an Asthma attack and had to go the hospital.
Sounds like your lungs arent getting enough air, and that is causing chest pain, and not getting enough air into your lungs is bad for your heart because it is like "strangling" it and not enough blood is pumping through.
Maybe you should take a trip to the doctor right now!
heartburn made M. feel that way i was actually on the floor in my kitchen curled up, then went to work and the girl gave M. meds and it improoved...but call a doctor
stress? I went to my doctor and he did an EEG right in his office. He said the chest pains are stress related (I'm only 36).
I've always had dizzyness/fainting - since I was about 10 - which the doctor said was also related to stress. I learned when I was pregnant that I'm also hypoglycemic, which also causes dizziness/fainting.
Your general doctor can help assess it. You really can't diagnose yourself through message boards and the internet.
Tell your doctor's office you're having chest pains and they'll see you right away.
Good luck.
You may have asma. Make an appointment ASAP.
I'm no doctor, but I had that same thing happen to me in the past. It was usually related to stress and/or dehydration. You should probably check with your doctor if it's an on going thing. Mine were also stabbing pains anywhere around my torso...they were defined as panic attacks. I started working out again after the '''heart jumping out of your chest'' feeling though. I thought I was being unhealthy - not saying you should, but it did help me. It might be something completely different for you though! Best of luck!

Asthma, gallbladder, panic attaks, or heart problems can do it. Please see a doctor.
CHF, panic attack, shock, severe stress, extreme blood/fluid loss/imbalance - those are the diagnoses that jump to my mind with your symptoms.
