Does anyone have an easy crockpot recipe using boneless pork chops? Or something I can make ahead & throw in the oven later. I'm just out of ideas & need to use up some pork.

Thanks!

I know this sounds old fashioned and its not a crockpot recipe, but I love shake n' bake with pork chops. I always cook my pork chops like that.

Here's a web site (Crock pot girls) dedicated to just crockpot recipes....I've tried a few from here! Fabulous! You may be able to find a pork chop recipe on here!

Good luck!

I have an oddball recipe that's absolutely delish!

My family loves it....

when you toss your pork into the crockpot, use beef broth with it. Toss in a couple of chopped onions, celery, carrots....& you can even add potatoes or even apple. Lots of S&P, some garlic.

& the whole key is the beef broth....weird combo, but it works well!

I asked for a pulled pork recipe on here, and now we are ADDICTED to it.

Put in a pork butt, cut in a few pieces, and add a can of soda. We added Dr. Pepper. Cooked on low for about 7 hours. Drained. Shred (we actually just had to stir it to break it up), and add most of a bottle of BBQ sauce (we used Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar). YUMMM.

We had sooo many compliments on it at a family get together. Thinking I will make another batch this week!

I like to cook them as pork chops under the broiler with salt and sometimes pepper. Or, you can put them in the crock pot and add stew veggies, this is really good. Or, you could cut them into small pieces and use them in stir-fry or fried rice. Or bake them in the oven on top of rice or veggies or potatos. It all sounds yummy to me, so good luck!

I made some delish pork chops the other day in the crock pot.

I put 5 pork chops (with bone. I hate those darn small bones!) and poured homemade spicy tomatillo sauce on top plus some water. Cooked for 6 hours. I went to flip the pork chops and they fell apart. So I guess they were done! Took out the bones, stirred, and ate delish tacos/taco salad/nachos.

If you wanted to do the same, I would think it would taste just as good with a jar of tomatillo salsa.

Variation of this: add broth. Make rice. Fresh cilantro. Lime. You have yourself a brothy rice/pork/tomatillo dish to eat with a spoon.

Instead of pork chops, buy a pork round...throw it in the crock put with just a little water (just enough to cover the bottom), a can of sauerkraut and a peeled and chopped up apple. Cook on low for 8 hours. I then serve it over mashed potatoes! :)

Or use a pork round...again cook on low for 8 hours with just enough water to cover bottom. Once cooked, pull apart with two forks until "stringy" and add your favorite BBQ sauce...serve on roll! pulled pork!

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but I have it on my Pinterest "Food" board to try and it looks yummy!

RANCH HOUSE CROCK POT PORK CHOPS w/ PARMESAN MASHED POTATOES
recipe from: Real Mom Kitchen

6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning
10 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
4 lbs peeled, cubed potatoes
5 Tablespoons real butter
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
6 cloves roasted garlic (directions are below)
1- 1 1/2 Cups warm milk
1 Tablespoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper, or to taste

Place pork chops, Ranch seasoning and soup into a medium sized crock pot over high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours.
Place potatoes into a large pot of cold water. Place onto stove top over high heat and bring to a boil. Once water is boiling, cook for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and transfer to the work bowl of a stand or electric mixer. Mix on low until potatoes are mashed then add butter, Parmesan, garlic, milk, salt and pepper. Season to taste if needed. For thinner mashed potatoes add more milk, slowly until your desired consistency.
Scoop mashed potatoes onto serving plates and top with pork chops and soup gravy from crock pot. I put a little parsley on top to serve.

Let me know if you try it out and how it was!! Good luck!

all i do with porkchops is put some potatoes and carrots on the bottom of a crock pot and put the pork chops on top. pour some cream on mushroom soup on top with a little water and salt/ pepper. very good!

or i just put the pork chops in the crock pot with water and season them with whatever. i use salt, pepper, garlic salt, and some lawrey seasoning. then just make some rice or noodles or potatoes to go with them and a veggie.

I just made this today! I threw in about 3 pounds of pork tenderloin in the crock pot with a diced onion, 3 pressed garlic gloves, and some homemade bbq sauce. Let it cook for 6 hours, then shred it up and toss it back in the sauce for another 2 hours. SO YUMMY!
