My husband and I would like to start a family in a year or so, but I would love to start having my annual check-ups with the same doctor who will eventually deliver our baby. We live very close to Centennial and would like to deliver out of that hospital. Any and all recommendations would be very appreciated!!!

Another vote for Dr. Elise Harper. She delivered both of my boys when she was at Richardson Regional Medical Center, and I still drive from Richardson to Allen to see her now.
Dr. Jennifer Bailey is really good. She delivered 2 of my babies.

Dr. Leslie Welborne is great she has been my Dr. for about 10 years, she did not deliver my babies but she has delivered 2 of my very close freinds babies and she was GREAT!###-###-####
I highly, highly, highly recommend Dr. Tracy Elliott at Centennial Medical Center. She has been my OB/GYN for both of my babies. I can not say enough good things about her, or her staff. They are all incredible. I
was actually a little sad when I didn't get to see them on such a regular basis after my babies were born. It is like going to see a bunch of your good friends. :o)

i hear plano presbyterian (spelling?) is the best hospital in that area. i have heard many good things about Plano Presby. Have not heard the best stuff about Centennial Hospital. I delivered at Plano Medical Center on Feb. 4th. had a good experience over there. Hope this helps! and Good luck!

Dr. Lauren Michelson - she's there and she is wonderful. She was with me from conception to birth of my 3 month old son - I ended up w/super high blood pressure 3 months into my pregnancy, and she was awesome at ensuring my and my son's health. I love Craig Ranch OBGYN in McKinney. All of the doctors are wonderful and I am pretty sure that the deliver at Centennial.
Any of the ladies at Frisco OBGYN are awesome. Dr. Petroski delivered my last baby in Nov.
Dr. Elise Harper delivered my son 4 months ago and she's the BEST! She works in the same practice as Dr. Elliot in one of the previous posts and her contact info is the same. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Harper! I too miss seeing her as often as I did when I was pregnant! She always takes the time to address all my concerns and questions (I would always come to my prenatal appointments with a list).
You should try Frisco Obstetrics and Gynecology. They are great! I see a lot of other posters are recommending doctors from there. My doc is Dr Petrovski, but when I was in the hospital I saw Dr Bailey quite a bit too. They are SUPER nice and the nurses and front desk staff are wonderful too. Dr McIntire and Dr Pepperell have come on board since I had my son, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of the docs at this great practice. Here is their website:
Hey H.... My name is L.... I have a recommendation for you... The Ob/Gyn practice I use is called North Central Women's Health Partners located just off of 121 & Central. My OB/GYN is Dr. Anita Chin... We are pregnant with our 7th child and I couldn't recommend anyone better... We delivered at Centennial with Dr. Chin last March with an extremely high risk pregnancy and Dr. Chin went above and beyond... She actually still treats patients like people and treated all of my symptoms with my best interests in mind and not like a number... You can look up the practice at www.ncwhp.com. There are other OB/GYN's to choose from but I've never used the same OB/GYN twice due to feeling like a chart and not a person, but I wouldn't dare choose anyone else to deliver and treat me with my last child... She has shown so much consideration with this pregnancy as well... Best of luck and many blessings on your new adventure...

I was done having babies by the time I started going to her, but I would highly recommend Meredith McIntire. Actually, anyone in that practice. They are wonderful! Dr. McIntire is patient, nice, knowledgable, and very prompt. She also calls the patient directly with any test result or anything like that, instead of nurses calling. Excellent practice.
