I Need a Home Based Buisness

I was hoping that I could get some advice on a good home buisness. I need another source of income. I have a 5 year old and a 10 month old. With my first son I worked and went to school. My mother basicly raised him, and I hated it. I didn't feel like a mom, and when he would not listen to me and run to my mom for help from "The Big Mean Woman That Calls Herself Mom", I hated myself and everyone around me. When I got pregnant with my second son my husband let me quit my job. Ever since then I have been happier and have finally felt like a mother. I love being there for my kids and not depending on anyone else. But we are struggling and when we have been low on money my husband has told me that I will have to go back to work soon. I am horrified at the thought of leaving my kids again. I need a job that I can do from home but I have always been worried about all of these home based businesses that want money before hand or that you need to go out and sell products. I want something secure. Any suggestions.

I recently became an Avon representative and find that although I am selling products, it's easy because Avon basically sells itself. It only cost me $10 to start up and I've made $100 in the first campaign. And all I had to do was hand out some catalogs. You don't work for Avon, it is your own company.
If you are interested, send me an email and I can give you some information. If not, that's cool. Good luck!!! :-)

Have you decided on anything? I'm in a similar situation except if I went back to work it would go straight to daycare, so why not watch ny own kids right? Have you considered hding any home based parties from your own home?

Not sure if you've found anything yet, but wanted to offer another option. I've tried many home-based businesses and have sold everything from Avon, Tupperware, MaryKay, among others and was always disappointed (inventory, investments, no repeat business, bookkeeping skills, etc).

PartyLite has been very helpful to me and thought I'd share a little in case you are still looking for something to make some extra cash. There is no cost to get started, no risk to try it out, includes everything you need to start, and all training is free.

I'm hosting a kickoff at Round Table in Los Gatos on 7/30 and would love to have you hear more about it.

All the moms on my team are stay-at-home moms (except me) and they love their businesses, get to be with their kids plus make some $ (gas and food), and we've all become great friends.
Hope I can help.

Hi Erica, If you are still looking for a great home based business opportunity, I work as a medical transcriptionist and work from home. I would be happy to share my experiences in 19+ years in the field, with the last two at home and very successful. I also am an authorized XanGo distributor and mentor/teach others how to start their own health and wellness home-based biz on a "shoestring budget". I just wanted to let you know that I met 10-15 people at my Holiday Boutique Saturday who are looking for ways to earn extra money and to have a "Plan B" just in case something happens with their jobs. I am inviting people to come to my home for my Referral Co-op "Coffee Breaks". Over a cup of coffee or tea (cookies will be served! :o), I can explain how with very little out of pocket expense, you can learn to maximize/leverage the very generous compensation plan of XanGo to build a profitable home-based business and help others to do so as well. It is not a big time commitment for you because I have the meetings in my home, and you "refer" others to me. If you love to help people, now is the time to find out how you can do that as a XanGo authorized distributor. With the job market being what it is currently, many more people are looking at network marketing as a risk-free and recession-proof way to supplement income and qualify for other rewards that XanGo offers. I would like to invite you to come to my home in San Jose (or I can come to yours if more convenient) to go over this easy to learn system to improve your life as well as the lives of others! Sincerely, V. Garnese XanGo 1K ____@____.com
