I have two beagles who are fortunately wonderful with my toddler but they have been behaving worse than ever in our house. I'd like to find a dog trainer that comes to the house maybe once a week. My husband is only home on the weekends and I think that it's important that we are both there to learn how to train them properly. One of our dogs is dog aggressive so I'm not sure there is much we can do about that but they are both jumpers and they've been pooping in the house alot more than normal. We haven't had any big changes here that explains their behavior. If anybody has used someone they reccomend please let me know.

We were in the same boat not too long ago. I got pregnant 2 weeks after we got our puppy (what were we thinking??).
The dog is excellent with our kids, but became quite hyper and aggressive (not mean aggressive, just not listening aggressive).
As silly as it may sound, we watched ALOT of "Dog Whisperer" with Ceasar Milan on the National Geographic Channel. It took us a while to get on the boat, but walking our dog every day has made an amazing difference - getting that energy out.
We just found a great facility in Chicago Ridge (not sure where you are), but there is a Training Facility called Advances in Animal Behavior (http://www.advancesinanimalbehavior.com). We stumbled upon it because we were looking to board our dog.
Anyway, I know I babbled a lot here, but I wanted to give you some information because we dealt with this recently too.

There is a lot that you can do to stop the aggressive behavior. As you should because while they haven't hurt anyone yet, it would be horrible if the dog bit one of you.
You can do more about the pooping in the house now. Take them out to do their business before and after meals and always praise when they go potty outside. A deep cleaning with Nature's Miracle where the dogs have done their business inside will deter further inappropriate indoor "accidents". Take them outside often to prevent "accidents" as well.
I don't know of any trainers, but applaud that you recognize you need help instead of just getting rid of the animals as some do.
