I need a doctor for myself and my husband. The doctor I have currently doesn't have good beside manner. I chose him after I read reviews on him on another website and he had excellent reviews, but when I went to see him I felt rushed. I went to see him for depression I had going on and the couple times I went my pressure was up, so he prescribed me High Blood pressure med. and Cymbalta for my depression and he knew I was breastfeeding but didn't mind to tell me the risk on taking these meds. So I didn't take them, and I did some reasearch on the meds and they aren't safe to take while breastfeeding being a doctor I thought he was suppose to tell me the risk, so when I went back for my two week check-up He asked me about the High Blood pressure med and I said I didn't take them since I wanted to see if my pressure would go down on it's own and he got a little Pissed off, and told me I need to stop breastfeeding and to lose weight. So at that moment I decided that I needed to get another doctor. So Please help me if you can.

I really did like to see him, but once he moved to Rockwall, I switched to another doctor in the same practice (Benchmark) in Rowlett.
Dr. Tim Bray has an office in Rockwall and Rowlett. He is very thorough and has a wonderful rapport with his patients. Everyone that I have spoken to about him have had nothing but nice things to say about him. His Rockwall number is ###-###-####. If you should need his Rowlett number, I'm sure the staff at the Rockwall office can provide that for you.

I can't tell you how naive some women are, they just take whatever the doctor gives them and not think twice. It makes me so mad to hear a doctor tell a women to stop brestfeeding, let alone to take some drug they push for!!
You are so smart for doing the research and realizing he isn't good for you or your family. Such an inspiration for all of us!!
Dr. Ben Yabarra (my general practitioner)is located in Arlington but that's quite a drive from Rockwall.

I do not know if she is taking new patients or not, but Dr. Joan Donely is great for the things that you mentioned. She offices with Dallas Diagnostic Association located at Baylor, Plano. I am sorry, but do not have a number. But if you do web search under Baylor-Plano, I am sure you can find her number. She specializes in Internal Medicine with an emphasis in heart problems.
While it might be a drive, I've never regretted it. Our doctor's name is: Dr. Paul Wade, he recently moved to a new office at: 9301 N Central Expwy #671, Dallas 75231 ###-###-####. His staff is great too. Give'em a call and tell'em G. sent you. He helped me last year go through a real scare with a mass in my lungs that turned out to be nasty pneumonia not "c" - he was great. I know the perfect doctor's for you and your Husband to try.
They both work at the same clinic and I have been more than happy with the both of them. They are a Family Practice but I take both of my young children there because they're so friendly and you will never feel rushed, which is very important!
The clinic is located off of Hwy 66 & Dalrock in Rowlett, so very close to Rockwall.
The doctor's names are Dr. Weldon Johnson and the female doc is Brooke. (She's such a sweetheart and if you need a doctor for depression, Brooke might best suit you.)
She's at the clinic on Monday, Tuesday and Fridays and Dr. Johnson is there every day except Friday's.
Both Doctors are just super friendly and I'm most certain you wont be disappointed!
The clinic staff is also very friendly and I know this will be a great place for you to have some great doctor's!
