Call Le Leche League at 1-877-4-la-leche. They can answer ALL questions about breastfeeding. Have you considered nursing again? I nursed both of mine for 2 and a half years. Not for everyone, but it worked for us.
I had a baby 9 months ago, I breastfed him for 6 months and had to stop. My milk dried up and my breast went back down to normal. Then about 2 days ago I just felt like my breats were bigger and fuller, but didnt pay any real attention to it. But then today as I was in the shower I really noticed they were a lot bigger and harder, so I went to look at them in the mirror and as I was looking at them I noticed milk just pouring out if my breasts.... Has my milk come back in? It is weird is it like my milk has come in all over again, my breasts are full, and about 2 cup sizes bigger than they were 3 days ago.
Should I leave it alone, go to a Dr or pump or what? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have thought about breastfeeding again, but he bites! How can I stop that?

I agree that resuming breastfeeding is a great option to consider.
Could you be pregnant?
Are you pregnant? I would take a test to be sure.
Yes, milk can return but it's usually with some effort. If you want to breastfeed again now would be the time. If he's biting, pull him into your breast to break the latch and try again. He's probably getting some teeth and trying to releive pressure not to mention readjusting to you feeding him vs. the bottle. I'm still feeding my 16 month old, but we're down to 2 feedings a day and I'm amazed how resilient my milk is. Breastfeeding him is great for both of you so I would give it a go and see if it works before throwing in the towel again. If it's for you then great, if not that's great too.
If you don't want to feed don't express/pump, etc. You can add cabbage leaves to your bra to help the "dry out" process, but essentially not using the milk will clue your body in to stop producing again.
It's possible. See you doctor or take a pregnancy test as well....
I would totally jump at this and start breastfeeding again.
If that is not what you want, do not pump. Just hand express some of the milk to relieve any feeling of pain or discomfort. If you do pump you will just stimulate more production.
The technique I have done when the biting happens is this: briefly push his face toward the breast -- then he has to let go (kind of like to take a breath); I would put my baby down saying "no biting"; but be ready to resume if he wants to try again. I had to be a "broken record" about it some days, but it laid down the rule pretty well.
You might also watch to see if your son starts to fall asleep and bites you then. You can tell when he is falling asleep when his tongue moves off of the bottom teeth. I learned that from a lactation consultant who is with La Leche League.
Good luck!
