Does anyone know of a hypnobirthing instructor in the North Dallas/Northern burb area?
I finally found a person named Cheryl Johnson, who practices out of Oakcliff are of Dallas. I'm super excited to get started and I'm only 7 weeks pregnant. We are having twins, so I sort of have special circumstances, so now have to find a hospital that doesn't require me to be hooked up to an IV.

I think you can find a practitioner on there, along with many successful stories.. they have all kinds of relaxation techniques and practices on there and hypnotherapy may be among them. it's a free site. also, very interesting..

Not sure if you're interested in "Hypnobabies" at all...but I did the home study course on my own and it was amazing. I thought I'd use the techniques just to get to a hospital an hour away and it was so effective that I arrived at the hospital 8+cm and delivered less than half hour later without a peep!(except for joking with Dh and staff between contractions). It was amazing.

I don't know about North Dallas, but in East Dallas, I went to Nadine Romain. Her classes were small and very helpful. I am a HUGE hypnobirthing fan!
