Get a piece of fresh lemon and a rag, rub with the lemon and wipe off with the rag. Hope this works for you. It works great on fabric.
my wonderful 5 year old decided to draw on the walls with pen. nothing i have found will get it out. if only he could have chosen crayons because magic eraser is great for that. i don't remember the name of the paint color and i don't want to re-paint the whole hallway a different color. any ideas? thanks for any help!
Thank you so much everyone for all of your advice, i tried many of them but no luck. i have decided to chip a piece off and try to match it at home depot. i was very surprised that the magic eraser did not work, that was the first thing i did try because it gets everything else out...really love the way it cleans my tile grout!
anyway thanks again!!!

Goo Gone works well. Oddly enough, I have had good luck with hand sanitizer for certain types of ink. It makes it wet enough to wipe off the walls, but doesn't do anything to the paint.
I represent a company that has all natural products that are better for your home and family and they are less expensive than you would pay at the store. They have a product called sol-u-mel that will get anything out of anything. It got permanent marker out of my tan carpet. It got hot pink paint out of my daughters room where we spilled it on the carpet while painting. If you would like info please email me direct or visit my website at http://www.formyrugrats.com and request more info.
Have a blessed day!!!
i heard tea tree oil works but i'm not sure. i'd test it a little on an unseen area because it is oil.
bath and body works body splash! works like a miracle, I used to work there and we would use it one anything that had an ink mark!!
You might try hairspray. Once I washed and dried all my husband's khaki pants(the only thing he wears to work). I got them out to hang them up and there was red pen on EVERY pair of khakis. I freaked out and I vigourously sprayed hairspray and spray 'n' wash on every ink spot. IT ALL CAME OUT!!! I also used hairspray on my walls when my son used a dry erase marker. It did take some of the paint off. Maybe you can try a small spot and see it works! Good luck!
I came across something I always keep at home. It is called Lift Off. My husband's office supply store sells it. I haven't really shopped anywhere else for it beacuse of convenience. My 3 year old at the time decided to paint her toenails red and it spilled on white carpet. Lift off took it right out, also works great for ink of my walls, colors etc. Two brands. One is a graffiti remover also. You can call ###-###-#### and ask to speak to Joann if interested. Also you may visit councilcompany.com Off the top of my head approx $2. Hope this helps. I swear by it!
Try a little WD40. It might work.
The best thing on the market. Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Can be found in the cleaning aisle and any retailer.

magic eraser took sharpie marker (and a lot of it) off of my countertops... hope you try it on the wall before ruling it out. no further ideas...sorry!!
Find an out of the way place where you could chip a bit of paint off and then take that to Lowes or Home Depot, they can match the color and you can paint over the pen and the spot you chipped.
Good luck.

Hi M.,
I use Mr Clean magic eraser for things like that. My walls are light brown (in teh kitchen area where these things happen most of the time) and it hasn't been taking off the paint, but cleaning the ink. I guess it depends on the ink, but I'd give it a try. These things come in packages of two... good luck.
Mr. Clean Magic Erasers...Good Luck!
magic eraser always takes our ink off the walls.
Anyplace that carries paint will match the color with their magic machine if you can take in a sample of the color. Good Luck.
I had that same problem! Unfortunately couldn't find anything to work well enough. We took a little paint chip up to Home depot and they color matched the paint for us. matched perfectly. Good when all else fails. Sorry!
Try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. You would be amazed just what it can clean!
Try Goo Gone. I have used it for everything! You can buy it at Walmart and hardware stores.
