How to Full Your Cup Without Surgery?

I had my daughter 2 years ago and want to have more children soon. I only breast feed for 3 months but that took a toll on my breasts. I was only an A to start and now the A has deflated! I'm not ready for breast inplants since I want more children but is there anything I can do in the mean time-- herbal supplements or drugs?? I've seen them advertised before but want to know if anyone has ever used them? Weird question I know but I'm tried of my overly padded bras!

What can I do next?

I wouldn't try supple, emts. I did and ended up a lump of fatty tissue grow inside my brest. freaked me out. So no, they only thing that got bigger was the lump, not quite what I had in mind. The mamogram, and biopsy that followed was not what I had in mind. But you can through me in the " I tried it" pile.

I find this to be more true than anything. Our breasts lie right over the pectoral muscles in our chests..If you strengthen those muscles see this website for example http://www.howtodothings.com/health-and-fitness/a2614-how...
It will give the illusion of a fuller chest. Gives the breasts a slight pick me up because you've strengthened the muscle beneath them. It is not the cure all but sure helps and makes you feel better. I've noticed the difference in doing them.

Breastfeeding doesnt change your breasts, pregnancy and plain old time and gravity does. Seriously, the best thing to do is to concentrate on exercising your pectoral muscles. That will perk them back up. Just remember as you get older you lose elasticity in your skin and all boobs sag eventually....... that's why there are so many cute push up bras on the market.

Sorry, but pregnancy changed your boobs - not breastfeeding. I've had two babies and the first pregnancy really changed my boobs. I actually didn't remember what they used to look like until recently as I've seen my 12 yr old growing her own. I think it's best that we fall in love with the changes in our bodies because they are evidence of motherhood. I wouldn't change a thing about my body if it meant I had to go back to before motherhood. I do wear "molded cup" bras and occasionally push-ups for a nice look under a sweater, but I've never had any kind of surgery and I'm terrified of the thought of it, so fakes are out of the question for me.

The pregnancy hormones are the culprit. Prolactin and Oxytocin aren't 'deflating hormones', but relaxin, hCG, estrogen, etc are.

Not directed at you... but I really with the misinformation that breastfeeding causes sagging breasts would just go the way of the Dodo (extinct animal). It causes many women to be self-conscious and less likely to nurse because of their vanity - when it is really just the pregnancy hormones.

It is very rare for a woman to have the same breasts after a pregnancy, just as their body will always be a little different.

Anyways - why not try those inserts that go into the bra cups? I wouldn't get implants either - especially if you want more children. You can always get pregnant again - this time breastfeed longer so your breasts stay fuller longer. Once the milk isn't being produced anymore... your breasts go back to pregnancy sized.

I had the same thing and wore padded bras for ever. (oldest is 21) When next baby is born, wear a good supportive bra 24/7, especially during any engorgement. My little b-c cups pumped up to some ridiculous ee or something (partially due to iv fluids during c section) and Im a little worried how they will look when I wean this baby. I also got sick of the padded bras, and how fake they look and feel, I found a good, stretch lace front hook one I love and its like I have my 14 year old boobs back. its great. I got it at walmart, just try a few on & see how they feel. unfortunately nothing will "fix" them back without surgery. (although I heard eating chicken breasts everyday gives you some hormone that makes them grow, I dont believe it) any supplements are bound to be bad for you, like soya that contains a plant version of estrogen, it will mess with you in other ways (tried that too, eating alot of edamame) I found after kids, I looked much better with a little more weight than before, to fill up the slightly sagginess of my breasts and butt. (I was reading some cosmo article year back where a woman referred to her breasts as "socks with rocks inside" lol, and said she felt like asking for a 36 long instead of 36 B... )

I'm very surprised to hear that breast feeding doesn't change your breasts. I'm small and couldn't breastfeed much for other reasons and my breasts are the same as before being pregnant twice (and I'm in my early 40's) - they may be even a bit firmer. I've had no weight change. Everyone else I know who was rather small and breastfed saw a huge change. My friend's wife is very well endowed and he said breastfeeding their 2nd totally changed her breasts (for the worse). So maybe it depends on the person... But I tried supplements etc before I was married hoping to see my boobs get bigger but no luck. I don't think anything except overall weight gain does it.

Lucky is right - doing chest exercises can help. They don't affect the breast tissue (because that is just fat) but they can build, tone, and shape the muscles that lie beneath the breasts.

Chest presses (with dumbbells, barbells as a bench press, or a resistance band) and push-ups are a good start. If you want to further define your cleavage, any sort of chest flyes or dumbbell flyes are great (although make sure you use proper form because these put a lot of stress on your shoulders and you can injure yourself). Skip the "pec deck" machine - I jokingly call it the "pec wreck" - because it tends to put too much strain on the insertion.

And...for what it is worth with my first child I nursed/pumped and my breasts looked absolutely AWFUL afterward - fat but empty pancakes that I could fold in half with my hands. With my second child I did not even let him near the boob and they've looked better than ever (the pregnancy plumped them back up and I retained this look after birth, and my kid is now a year old). That's not why I chose to skip bf-ing this time, but that's another story for another day!

O.K. I don't care what anyone says...breastfeeding BROKE my boobs! I never even had the good fortune of being able to say "Man, I wish I had the boobs I had when I was 18." I went from "nada" to "nasty" with my first child. Not that I wouldn't have breastfed...but I would have thought long and hard had I known what I would be the outcome. No one EVER tells you you can go from "lacking" to "lurid" :)!

I hear you!! I was barely a B when I had my 1st child. Now after three kids I think I am in the Almost A category. I try to stay and shape and work out and like the way I look better when I have good muscle tone. Breast Augmentation isn't for me. Very afraid of anesthesia and can't justify spending that kind of money when I will struggle to help my kids go to college. But I have learned to like me, all of me. To make my clothes fit better, I stick with the padded bras. There are worse things in life than not having cleavage.

Buy a good pushup bra. Not padded, just lacy push up to give you cleavage and confidance. It will make you feel better about the realities of life!

fennel, fenugreek, sesame, and saw palmetto can all help increase breast firmness. but be realistic! HALF a cup size is probably all you are looking at!

also working out your pec muscles really helps give everything a lift and firmness!

Get measured for a new bra. When I was pregnant and nursing I went from an A cup to a C then back down to a solid B. All of this change requires new bras not just size but fit as well. What used to look good on me now doesn't. So don't be afraid to try on different shapes and styles and sizes. Have fun with it and you will find somethings that will fit you marvelously.

NOTE: Macy's and JC Penny's much to my surprise has some wonderful bras and have a sale on them at least once a month if not every other month.
