I'd probably start with Human Resources.
Congrats & Good luck!
Hi Moms! Just yesterday, I was asked to be a part of and accepted the position of Corporate Leadership Team Manager for Autism Speaks! Our focus is on raising awareness in the corporate world about Autism. My team focuses on enlisting company, employ, corporate and community support through sponsorship and fundraising efforts. We have some events coming up that we'll be focusing on, but I'm also trying to brainstorm ways to connect with corporations who have a philanthropic attitude. This is a new experience, and I am so excited to have a chance to help families that face these challenges.
For those mamas in larger companies, who would be the best contact to approach re. corporate giving? Thank you!
I'd probably start with Human Resources.
Congrats & Good luck!
I'm ex-corporate marketing in Frito Lay.
I'd start with the media department and HR department.

Also, for donations, you must submit your requests with documentation in writing ahead of time. Include success stories.
Check out the websites for corporations. Many corporations give to charities. Also find out who is who. CEO's, CFO's, President's Vice President's, etc. They or their secretaries may make good starting point contact people.
I guess I would first determine which industries I wanted to target and begin there with the companies I could possibly have personal contact with because they are logistically close.
You should also consider connecting with companies through their Facebook and Twitter pages too.
