if anything, I would just gently push them back with your finger nail after a bath when they would be the softest.

I never did anything with either of my children's cuticles and I have a now 19 yr old DS and a very girly girl who is 5.

Only now, will I use a tool and gently push them back.

Hope this helps.

If you have a pulled one, clip it with good quality cuticle clippers while she is asleep.
Cream them along with lotion after her bath every day.

I wouldn't do anything with the cuticles right now. All I would do is cut the nails. Is there something wrong with the cuticles the reason you want to care for them?
