Hi M.,
I would pump 2x for sure...try to do it the same time you would normally nurse. If you can get a third one in there, do but no worries if you don't... 3 days is not that long. good luck!

My daughter is 6 months old and I will be leaving her with grandma for 3 days while I am out of town. At this point in time I am breastfeeding in the morning and at night. Maybe once in the day. The rest of time we do formula. Even though I'm not nursing much I would still like to continue the small amount I am doing when I get back. I'm wondering how often I need to pump while I'm on vacation to keep my milk supply up.

I agree with the other response. Pump as much as you currently are when you are with your baby. Increase to keeping your milk up--- try 1 more pumping per day.
Pump whenever you would normally nurse. (Your body will probably remind you if you aren't pumping enough... those things fillup fast as I remember!)
pump like you would feed. if you start getting engorged, you may want to pump a little longer then you are. your body will say, hey, its time to feed your baby. :) have fun away. you'll miss her like crazy!
I agree do it as often and at least for as long as she would normally nurse, this should keep your supply up.
PLUS I would make sure you try and use a electric pump, a manual would work but you will get a hand cramp
