Hi M..
Congratulations on your pregnancy.
I see you live in Florida where it is hot still :) , I would drink as much as you need. It is good to stay hydrated under any circumstances Anything your body or your baby does not, you will pee (sorry!) out.

As for feeling run down, perhaps ask your dr about pre-natal vitamins. and daily slow walks in the nice fall air could help maybe.

Best of Luck and Feel good.

A gallon of water within every 24 hours. That would include water found in fruit, soup, juice, etc.

It really varies depending on local weather and your activity level.

Go by pee-color AND thirst.

If you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated. So don't wait until you're thirsty.

Color: As in it should be clear, or just *barely* yellow / can't see it in the toilet.

I've lived in hot climates where I'm active and need to be drinking 1-2 liters an hour (several gallons a day) to stay hydrated, and cold climates (inactive) where that much would make me water drunk (bad), and what's needed is at MOST two liters a day, much less an hour!

As much as you possibly can, but no less than 3 quarts a day. Remember that you should drink 2 quarts a day when your not pregnant. Other than the frequent trips to the bathroom, drinking water will make you feel better.
