You know what? most people have stopped wearing cologne and perfume due to so many people having severe reactions to them and health problems. I suggest you ask your most honest friend how you smell. I bet your nose is used to the fragrance and you smell, A LOT, but your nose is used to it so you can't smell it anymore.
Haven't you ever walked by someone in the mall and been overwhelmed still after they've gone out of sight by their cologne smell? They probably didn't think they smelled good either.
If this is a good quality scent from anywhere, Avon, Mary Kay, Dillards, or other stores where their fragrances are great then you could have a biological issue where your skin isn't set up to hold fragrance. My mom couldn't wear perfume at all. She could put something on and it smell wonderful, in a half hour it smelled like something dead was picked up and rubbed on her skin. It was awful!
I think your truthful friend might say your fragrance is just fine and you don't need another drop. If they don't think you smell good then you could talk to a doc because it might be that you need to spray a hankie or square of cloth and keep that in your pocket or something.
