Try a magic eraser. Not sure if it'll work, but those things are amazing!
Help Moms! My almost 3 year old colored with green marker on my son's new pine wood bunkbed!! I already tried all purpose cleaner, rubbing alcohol, goo gone, and WD40. Any suggestions??? Thank you!

When you say it's unfinished, do you mean it hasn't been polyurathaned or clear coated yet. If that is the case get 220 grit sand paper and lightly sand. It should remove it and then poly it to help with clean up next time. Good luck
I 3rd the magic eraser! It got permanent black marker out of our oak dining table.
Good Luck!

When we bought my son a used bunk bed we got most of the marker off with magic eraser. It probably would have taken it all off, but I was afraid it would discolor the wood. It's only barely noticeable now.
