You just stop writing in. They don't really delete it.

I hope you feel better after you get through this whole process. It's hard when you're on an emotional rollercoaster, for sure.

You can deactivate your account, but Mamapedia will never delete it. If you have had a bad experience, my best advice to you would be to go through all of your Q&A and just delete anything you had written, or put in an x in the text box. Sorry it hasn't been what you hoped it would be. A few years ago I asked a question that ruffled quite a few feathers and ended up getting cyberstalked, so I deactivated my account & haven't touched it since. A year later I returned under a new screenname, but no longer put out personal info, and am more careful about what I say on here.

I tried once and requested it by contacting mamapedia. They did not delete my account, nor did they respond to my request. Good luck with that.

And can I just add: Good Lord what is wrong with people? I get that the "am I pregnant" question is a little common and for whatever reason irks people, but don't answer it then! Mean girls are alive and well and this site proves it.

M. L this is my recommendation. Take a break from logging on. Change your name, and even delete some of your questions by editing it but leaving a character in the box (the responses remain). Start fresh. And if anyone recognizes you, may I suggest you not let it bother you since to investigate would mean that person has no life what so ever.
I have lost sleep over mean comments and it just is not worth it. If you accidentally ask a question that starts illiciting a lot of negativity, do what I do. Just stop reading the responses. Its not hard. The cyber bullies words have no power if you don't read them.

This is what I'm talking about. Silly, silly women. If they don't like your posts they should take their own advice and skip them. That would be too much like right, though. Just a bunch of mean girls--- far beyond the age of being actual girls--- looking for the opportunity to be mean and get away with it. Pathetic.
I hope you all remember, "What goes around, comes around".

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and ask to be deleted.
You can also delete bookmarks to this site, never sign in again and delete your browser history and cookie cache and as long as you never Google it to find it again, you'll be history.
