What is the going rate for house sitting over night with one dog for 2 weeks?
I cant help you there I usually get younger brother and just have to make sure there is food and beer.
i pay a very responsible older teenager(we know her mother well and she regularly babysits our 3 children) $40 per night to house/dog sit. so for two weeks, i'd pay $560 - she is also able to do whatever her regular commitments are during that period as long as she sleeps here at night and comes back every few hours during the day to allow the dogs to potty.
$450 - $600 for overnight - two weeks in Silicon Valley, CA
Mine charges $15/day to visit the house, not sleep there. $45/overnight care.
In my area a daily bisit is $20-$25 and overnights start at $45/night
In Austin $30. per day if walking the dog is expected. $20. per day if it is just a back yard dog., $50. if over night
