So I have ann Odessy and we are expecting baby #2. I wanted to know what you found easier with the 2nd row, weather it was just to remove middle sectiona and leave as a walk through or push the passanger side over to the middle area. We will have 2 car seats in the car. It seems easier to just leave middle out for getting infant seat in and out and only other children wil be sitting in the 3rd row if nessecary, but is it a painn to have kids walk through the middle? Just thought I would find out what most of you mommies with same vehicle do, thanks.

What can I do next?

I moved the second captain's seat to the middle (and put the jump seat in the floor) but that was so that the new baby would be in the middle of the car instead of on the side. It does make it slightly less convenient when getting the kids in and out, but it's a lot more convenient when someone needs to get to the third row. I think you should try it both ways and see what you like.

We have done both. For getting adults in and out I have found moving the infant seat to the middle works best, as you can fold the seat down with the base on the seat and then have more room to move in and out. With children I don't think it will matter if it is the side or the middle for going to the 3rd row. Congrats on number 2 we just had our second what an adventure.

I leave the middle seat out and I put the third row in the floor. That way I can keep strollers and a wagon in the back. I also feel like the pilot seats by the door are more secure than that flimsy middle seat.

We have the middle part out and it works fine. Just have the kids or adults walk through before you put kids in the car seats, using whichever side has the forward facing seat (rear facing, it's a tight squeeze).

I keep the middle section removed from the second row. It makes easy access in & out for people who are sitting in the third row.

We leave the middle section out. It is no problem for kids to pass through.
