Home Office Furniture Shopping? Best Place?

Other than Office Max, I don't really know where else to shop for desks, hutches, and book cases. I need to get a home office put together so that I can finally have a place to study and put my computer and printer, other than on the kitchen table, and I want to make sure I'm getting the best value. Thanks!

What can I do next?

I got my current desk at target , on sale.
Just depends on what you really need if you need lots of desk top space , then the kitchen table might be the best place for studying, so you can spread out, at least that's how I study , or the floor, I study on the floor too. But then I have to have everything in front of me. I would advise that if you have a desktop computer to not close it up in a cabinet that can over heat it. That's a factor on our desk shopping.

Unless you want to spend a lot or are really concerned with how it looks, check out used furniture stores, Goodwill, Salvation Army, yard sales ect.

You might even check with the local schools and see if they are getting rid of any of the teacher or office desks.

I would check out craigslist, local auctions, and used furniture stores (we have one that specializes in office furniture). You will find much higher quality pieces than the laminate wafer board stuff you find at office max and probably cheaper too.
