Police and sherriff departments do blue and brown santa. But like others said you need to sign up early. You might call welfare department and see if they know of any more.
Good luck and GOD BLESS!

You have to sign up early for Christmas help. You may not find anything now! Early bird.....

That is so sad. Where I live we still have stuff going on to help the needy. Notre Dame of East Stroudsburg did Toys for Tots. Our Salvation Army still holds Christmas dinner. The local Methodist church collect toys. The local Catholic church has a food pantry and coat collections for women and their children. I even gave them shoes and sneakers to give out. Maybe you could contact Toys for Tots and volunteer to have them set up in your school or a business that would be willing to do it.

I believe that Project Self Sufficiency is a program run throughout the state of New Jersey. I know that they have a program for getting toys for children, unfortunately I don't know the specifics about the program though.

Here's the contact information for one in North Jersey, they can probably help you locate a center closer to you:
Project Self-Sufficiency
127 Mill Street
Newton, NJ 07860
Sussex County

Good luck, my thoughts are with you.
