I am almost 32 years old, and after a miscarriage in 2007, and years of TTC with fertility issues, doctor appointments, tests, and etc....My doctor informed me 2 weeks ago that I have no ovarian function and a FSH level of 140.2
Wow. She said I am either at the end or still menopausing. No period for 12 months. Doctor told me no more babies......What???????? My question is....Should I keep the faith that I may still get preg or should I just take that as I am broken:(? I am soo young, and it breaks my heart to think that I will never be able to have another baby. I even mentioned IVF, and the doc said, no...cause I have no function in the ovaries, so I have no eggs.....

What can I do next?

C.,
I know you are feeling heartbroken and disappointed, but I agree with the PP--get a second opinion. It will give you some time to get your head around this, if, indeed it is true. There are menopause babies!
Please keep in mind that there are lots of other ways for you to add to your family--fostering, adopting, etc. You have so much to offer! Maybe you're being lead in an alternate direction for a GOOD reason! :-) Maybe the best is yet to come! Keep positive.

Hi, C.:
We don't know why things happen the way they do. I know it must be a great shock to realize that you will not be able to have another baby. I understand how painful this realization is, but take time to grieve and allow yourself that time without feeling shame.

Take care of yourself.

Sorry to hear that... You may want to get your FSH level checked again, just to make sure they did not make a mistake and get a second opinion. But it does sound like you are having premature manopause. A close friend of mine had the same thing, when she was planning for a second baby.

I would recommend the book
