Well, stop wearing diapers for one. That makes the problem worse.
Then, dry out. Cornstarch, air, good hygiene.

welcome to mamapedia!!
Can I call troll? Sorry - but it's SORE - not soar (this is what a bird does).
You don't have a diaper rash - you aren't wearing diapers.
On the off chance this is real? You need to change your diet, have better hygiene (showers and drying off) and listen to your doctor.
Stick with the corn starch, staying dry.
Interesting, a stupid question because a doctor would have answered this and then a new troll is the first to answer though looking at her answers I am surprised jc d didn't suggest an enema
Try adding 1 cup plain yogurt to your bath water.
Wait till you give birth then wait 10 weeks after baby is born to take care of your rash yeast infection can I help you raise your baby with you.?
Can I be your unborn baby's daddy father to him/ her.?
Ditch the diapers and wear big girl panties!
probiotics for the yeast and aquaphor for the rash.
You don't have diaper rash on your legs. If you have yeast, it's not diaper rash. The last thing a very pregnant woman should use is home remedies without talking to a doctor!
Maybe if you didn't use terms like "down there", you would sound more mature and open to advice? And yes, it's "sore" not "soar". Being accurate is important.
I want to be kind but your post is missing some pretty important information. Feel free to expand on it by editing your question. Wash the area in the shower several times per day. You DON'T have to wash your hair or the rest of your body each time...
When I have a yeast infection in the folds of my body I do several things until I find which one is working better.
1. Wash that area with a wash rag (use it once then wash it) and Liquid (blue) Dawn Dish Soap. It cuts grease (body oil, so it's very drying) and helps eliminate any dampness that can be a feeding ground for more yeast to produce. Rinse well, dry extremely well.
2. Use a washrag and use Liquid Dial Hand soap. (It kills bacteria but it doesn't always dry out the area enough.
3. Buy some Gold Bond Medicated Power (Not an off brand or other powder), gold can, and sprinkle it on your hand, rub the area where you have the rash/infection. It might sting but it absorbs moisture, keeps the area from "rubbing" so much as in it reduces friction and stops the stickiness, it keeps the area from stinking so much since it has a strong odor.
4. If your infection is draining or getting slimy very quickly you might need to take a longer length of toilet paper or even a couple of paper towels then fold them lengthwise. Over and over until they are long skinny strips. Put that in the folds to help absorb moisture. Change them out when even one small area gets wet.
I have a large tummy and am almost always fighting a yeast infection somewhere. I use Dawn when it's really bad and other stuff isn't killing it. I put the strips in the folds to help wick the goo away. I have had them so bad the goo was green/infection. Dawn clears it up in most cases in a day or so. If I use a normal body soap when I shower I find that they mess this area up. Most soaps have "moisture" stuff in them. Translate that to mean "I feed yeast and goo in your private areas". Always use a antibacterial soap in the areas where you have a yeast infection or rash. This action will keep the area cleaner and less fertile for stuff like yeast to grow.
Can't help with the yeast infection.
For the rash, take a bath and clean the area very well. Allow to air dry completely. Then apply diaper rash cream.
