L., I just want to let you know how I lost 35 lbs in about 6 months. First you need to know, I believe their is no "miracle" pill as so many claim to get you to lose weight without exercise. I know because I tried them all, trust me. We all wish there was an easy way, but the cold hard truth is you have to exercise and eat somewhat right to do it. After fighting this truth for a long time, I finally gave into it. I went from 145lbs in January to 110lbs by July. I followed a 1300 calorie diet, and exercised. I cheated one time a week on whatever I wanted, and I do mean whatever and however much I wanted. And I drug myself (literally) to the gym starting out 3 days a week doing cardio classes at the gym such as: cardio kickboxing, spinning, running, etc. I eventually made it up to 5 days a week because it made me feel so much better. I would earn calories when I worked out and could eat more on that day. Ex: If I burned 400 calories spinning, I would eat 1700 calories that day instead of 1300. I tracked everything on www.myfooddiary.com which was wonderful because it tells you how many calories are in the foods you want to eat. It also tells you how many calories you burn during your exercising. It also keeps a graph of your improvement- you take all your measurements, weight, etc.. then take them again every week(or however often you want to) and it creates a graph so you can see if you improved or did not. It really is a great web site. Hope this helps. Just remember, it is really hard but it is so worth it in the end.
