Look for a balance in nutrients when feeding her. Example: my toddler has tomato soup, egg yolk and baked potato w/butter. Her snack 2hours later is usually fruit, then the following meal 2hours later can be turkey w/veggies, then 2 hours later full fat yogurt w/little fruit. And, of course, plenty of water in between.
As to WHEN to feed, let her tell you when she's hungry. Feed her when you see signs of hunger, not when you think she's hungry. Otherwise, you'll stress yourself out thinking she might not like a particular food, when in actuality, she may not be hungry.
Hope this helps. Don't forget, just when you think you have their schedule down, they'll change it on you.
