Instead of cooking I would take him to Hugo's. This one of the very very few restaurants that the food is real Mexican and no Tex-Mex.
I had luch there yesterday and ate very very good Chiles en Nogada, that I have not eaten in 10 years. I have eaten them, just not a real or good one like the one I had yesterday ( I am Mexican and feeling very nostalgic for not been able to be there for this events)
Ok, going back to Hugos, tonight they will have a very special night, a real Mexican buffet that I think is around 35 per adult and 10 per kid and as I read they are having folkloric dances and live music.
By the way the Buffet will start at 5:30, you should visit their website, they do have the information posted there.
I wanted to go but is the parent's orientation night at my kids school ;(
If you go, I would love to know how it was!
