My daughter is turning 10 this july and we want to make it big with out the big price tag. We thought of a water bounce house so all the family and friends can come then we thought of wet and wild but only 1 friend can come. We want to do somthing at the house but we have to come up with somthing quick cause everyone in our family has b-days in that month so i have to get the word out quick. She does not like pink at all and she is a bit of a tom boy. Hehe which i love cause she is being her self. And what do you get a 10 yr. Old girl. When your on a budget? Thanks for ya'lls time =)
well thanks for all the advice, i think we will go with the bounce house. she has no idea that we are planning this so this should be fun. thanks aagain. =)

We have the perfect setting for your daughter! We have an Outdoor Spring Break and Summer Day Camp at Meadowmere Park on Lake Grapevine - www.AdventureDayCamps.com - even have a Family Campout coming up March 14th and 15th....
Our 40x40 pavillion tent will already be up for camp in July, so your daughter can have her party with us and enjoy activities like archery, target shooting (bb guns), kayaking, swimming in the lake, a scavenget hunt, and more.
I can be reached at ###-###-#### if you have any questions.
I think that the water bounce house is a great idea and you could do other water related games-water gun "fights", water balloons, the frozen t-shirt game is a huge hit with kids her age( you soak it, ball it up and freeze 2 t-shirts and then the team to thaw it, get it undone and soemone wearing it wins) the possibilities are endless and also, I would order $5.00 pizza from little ceasars or cici's and drinks in a cooler-cheap and easy. As for gifts, Im not sure what she's in to but perhaps-movie tickets for her and a friend(and you of course) or a gift certificate to her favorite store. HTH
One Summer we did a sleepover in the backyard in a tent.
Hot dogs, Capri Suns, cheap sodas, chips, cake you make yourself.
The girls played games in the back yard (water guns and decorated plain white t-shirts with stamps and paint I'd bought) and that was it. Go to www.familyfun.com That's where I got all my good ideas for elementary school age parties.
