Since she has such big feet...boots.
My husband is notorious for bringing home stray dogs. The last one he brought home is so sweet and loving. She is a puppy but has huge feet so I feel like she is going to be a large dog. She appears to be a lab mix or possibly an australian shepard mix. She is black with white on her chest and white on the tip of her tail. She has kind of fluffy hair. Any suggestions on what to name her? We're leaning towards Blaze.
Thank you to all of you who responded. We decided to name her Sadie.
Since she has such big feet...boots.
LOL..Thunder cause if she grows into those feet it will sound like thunder going through the house.
WE too are a family of homeless creatures. The last canine we took in 6 1/2 years ago was pregnant. It took me a week, but I finally names her Gypsy. The vet workers all thought that was a very appropriate name. She had been roaming the streets of the small town for months. She is only 13 pounds of terrier/poodle, but she was knocked up by a black lab/boarder collie mix. We still have her and her two offsprings - that look nothing like her. Name your puppy with what fits.
How about Delilah? Good luck!
Roxy or Choxie are cute.
I like Storm or Gypsy. Fluffy- no just kidding.
How 'bout Daisy?? When I was growing up we had a Lily... she was beautiful, but not real big. Same coloring, though, as yours and fluffy hair. Blaze just sounds like a boy.
We just had a housefull of kittens and cats... we took in a stray female... who was pregnant. At one point and 2 litters later (one of ours got her pregnant 8 weeks after she delivered!!! He's fixed now) we had 14!!!!! Now we have 3 and might get one more.
Good luck on the name! Maybe Penny... still like Daisy.
We named our puppy a few years ago Timber. The kids thought it was funny to call out to her when she was in the back yard.
