Help Me Before I Jinx This!

My youngest daughter is 22 months old, still nursing, and up until a few days ago, had never slept through a night. She still wakes up and has to be nursed back to sleep, which I have no problem with. She has Celiac disease and some other nutritional issues going on, and I certainly don't mind providing the extra nutrition and comfort which she needs (and yes, she does need it...she's a different case as far as needs go when it comes to food.)

However, for the last few nights...she's been waking up MAYBE once, early enough that I'm still up, and after I put her back to bed (around 11 or 12, let's say) she has been sleeping until 6 or 7.

Could this be the start of a better sleep schedule? I don't want this to just end, because I feel so rested these last few days!! I've done absolutely nothing different, and haven't necessarily encouraged this, but I would LIKE it to continue...any suggestions?

What can I do next?
