OK, Usually I am pretty good around the house, however, I have a stripped bolt that I desperately need removed, my son can't ride his bike until I get this figured out.
Any Ideas that have worked for you. I have tried WD-40, vice-grip, crescent wrench, hammer. Nothing seems to work.
it is the bolt that holds the peddle on, there is no way to get over the top... uuuggg

What can I do next?

I am NOT trying to be funny BUT if the stripped bolt is on the bike, have you considered taking it to a bike shop for repair? That is the only suggerestion I have. The place across from Baybrook Mall - Sun & Ski? is not to bad when working on bike repairs. I've used them several times.

Is it a bolt on screwed on the outside of a screw? Such as a bolt on the screw that holds the wheel on? I would think a socket wrench would work. And if its stripped, use a metric socket wrench that is ever so slightly smaller so that it grips it.
This is a wild guess, as I dont know exactly what you are talking about.

If you have a hack saw, you can score a notch and turn it into a screw. Then just unscrew it. If that still doesn't work, use the hacksaw to saw off the top and hammer it threw. Good luck.

Depends on how bad it is now that you went after it with a hammer LOL!! but a pair of pliers usually works for us, or try a smaller or bigger size of the socket sometimes this helps too!! Good Luck they can be pretty tricky!!

If its stripped REALLY bad then you'll probably have to cut it off...grinder, saw...you go girl!
