Is it a tank, if so, it's probably full and needs to be emptied. If it's a clear water system, sounds like you have a clog.

You definitely gotta call out one of those super dooper pooper sucker upper trucks. Bummer. P-U.
I know nothing about this but would say it for sure isn't a do it yourself job. Call a plumber ASAP.
My husband is a plumber, the machine talked about below is a jetter that will come and clear your pipes, if that is the problem. Don't do anything yourself, it will most likely end up costing you more if you don't do something right or do something "temporary." When looking for plumbers, look for a free or low cost estimate, most companies will do this. Then compare, because prices will vary by at least a few hundred dollars. Get at least 3 estimates and then go mid-range. Cheap will get you cheap work, and most expensive is not always best either. That's my advice, good luck.
It sounds like something similar we went through. If it is backed up in your yard, a pipe could have burst... or in our case a tree root grew through the pipe. You will need someone to come take a look at it. Not something you would want to tackle on your own.
Yep, my brother is a plumber and you need to call O. asap. At the best, your tank(s) need cleaned out and at the worst, you need to replace them. Expect a large invoice. :(
You need to call a septic company and have it pumped out. They will also pump out all your lines and put in enzymes to digest the waste. It is expensive, expect to pay about $2000. BUT this can all be avoided if you have your system pumped out every 3 years and put in enzymes every month. I learned this the hard way myself!!!!
.
At the best you have a clogged pipe and need to have the tank pumped and the lines snaked. I should say it shouldn't run more than $500 for that. If your drain field has collapsed, well that is an expensive problem and depends on your area's soil type as to how expensive it will be. The more rocky it is the higher the cost. Call a septic service or a plumber with access to a truck as they will not be able to snake the lines w/o pumping the tank. Good luck to you.
With my plumbing problem I called Cove Plumbing they was here when they said they would be and even on a saturday without the extra weekend cost there number is ###-###-#### but shop for the best price your job isn't going to be cheap. good luck
